Spring broke on a Saturday morning and my car was stuck in the garage. Called around 8am and they had someone here by 10:30. Tech was professional, explained everything, and had it fixed in about an hour. Price was exactly what they quoted over the phone. Very happy with the service.
Installed a new LiftMaster opener. They helped me pick the right model for my door and budget. Installation was clean, they cleaned up after themselves, and showed me how to program the remotes. Works great.
Cable snapped and door was stuck halfway open. They came out pretty quick (about 2 hours). Replaced both cables even though only one broke, which made sense. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is they were about 30 min late from the window they gave me, but they called ahead to let me know.
Annual tune-up on both garage doors. Technician was thorough - lubricated everything, adjusted spring tension, tightened hardware. Doors are way quieter now. Fair price for the service.
Backed into my garage door like an idiot. They were able to replace just the damaged panels instead of the whole door, which saved me a lot of money. Perfect color match too - you can't even tell it was replaced.
Door wouldn't close at 7pm on a Wednesday. Called and they had someone here by 8:30. Sensor was out of alignment. Quick fix and didn't charge me an arm and a leg for after-hours service. Really appreciate the fast response.
